    I've repeatedly politely contacted this seller regarding a purchase. Not once did they respond back. I just received a refund for the item in question which I won fairly in an auction, albeit cheaply. I've seen sellers get miffed about losing a valuable card low on auction and not sending out the purchased item. Ebay allows them to do this, which I don't think is right, but it's their policy. I do, however, have the ability on my end to hand out negative feedback. I do not recommend this seller.
