The costume I received was not the costume I ordered. The costume I received was obviously used and had a snag in the front. The skirt that came with it is was in terrible condition. It was unusable. I contacted the seller and informed them of the mistake and asked if they could express ship the correct costume as it was need for a show this weekend. While I received a credit, the seller did not respond to my message.

Explained with your refund that we could not replace as it was the last of that costume. Unfortunately, the manufacturer packaged your costume as the one purchased. We only sell new costumes.
