Very fast shipping (took about 9 days after ordering and 7 days from shipment), came in perfect condition and was packaged very nicely in a box bigger than the item full of packing peanuts to protect it, along with an extra Sylvanian Families catalogue (that I have never seen before) and a neatly folded invoice (which was also emailed to me after i ordered). Not a single bump or scratch on the box (which i was hoping would be the case so I could display the family in its original packaging).
