Buyer Beware! I purchased a beautiful ‘natural’ sapphire ring that broke the first time I put it on (the ring was built badly & broke off at the shoulders). I contacted the seller to return the ring - however the seller was never able to send me a return label. After many hours at my local US Post Office, I was informed that USPS prohibits sending jewelry (or anything gold or silver) to India (?!)).
I contacted EBay support who suggested I send it anyway (?). I am now out $500 and very unhappy.
