Unfortunately, these were too narrow and small, and despite the seller accepting returns, it is impossible to return them as Royal mail costs £17 and other carriers — £30+ to return them to China. Therefore, the returns policy is invalid as it costs more than the shoe. The quality was as described, but unless you can return the item, should they not fit, then the customer is left to pay the price.
