    Shipping was prompt. Item received as described, but it appeared the bubble wrap/packaging was lacking on the outsides of the instrument which caused cracks on the sides of the casing during shipment (damage was not visible in listing pictures). There were no "fragile" warnings on the box to alert the shipper to take care in handling. As we were able to transfer the previous case of our instrument to this one it was not an issue, but more secure packaing would have been welcome.
