Appalling communication and dispatching. I bought on Christmas day and was happy to see postage had been bought on boxing day. Delivery was expected by Jan 4th but tracking showed the item wasn't posted until the 4th. Messaged for an update but got no reply. I understand it was over the festive period but the lateness and lack of comms was very disappointing. However, the item was as described and good value.
