1st of all we don't sell broken stuff. 2nd the trackpad works 100% and was tested by the entire team before shipping. 3rd just to make sure every one read our side, we kindly asked you to return it for full refund but you REFUSED. for some reason you want to keep a broken trackpad!!! Btw we sold 1000s of them on all platforms, we had zero complaints and zero returns.
