I wish I could say I'm happy with this bicycle cover. The dimensions listed are the total dimensions, and not what it will fit. It's just barely large enough to cover the top of the bicycle, exposing everything else. The photo on the packaging is deceiving. Seller says he won't accept a return, so I'm skeptical if the seller knew this was a problem with this cover. This was a total waste of my money.
