    Open box to try to wear it on and find the ring was broken. Contact with the seller to solve the issue and get no results.

    Sometimes some products get damaged while the parcel is being transported from one country to another, but we reshipped it and the buyer also liked it. The buyer wants to remove her negative feedback but she is unable to remove it because it has been more than 30 days since she left her feedback.
