I cannot give you 100 percent feedback because one of the rivets on purse handle is not complete and will not hold and there are small cuts where both rivets are. Had i known this i would not have purchased ltem. otherwise nice bag. i have another purse strap that works to had to solve problem.

I am sorry that you were not happy with your purchase. I didn't realize the purse had a problem when I listed it or I certainly would have noted the flaw. Was this something that could have happened during transit since it traveled internationally? I haven't seen it so I am not sure exactly where the problem is. I do hope you have received the requested refund, as eBay has reported to me that you should have received it. I do apologize because I always try to offer quality products and service.
