This is the second order I placed with this seller in a week and they didn't learn their lesson from the first. Once again, the seller didn't put my full name on the label. As a result, when I went to collect it from the Click and Collect shop, they couldn't find it. Little things like this spoil the buying experience and are totally avoidable with a little more care. On a positive note, the item (when it was eventually found) was as described and arrived on time.
