Seller gave an untruthful description of the item sold saying that the item was a "brand new" authentic MLB jersey. When the jersey arrived, numerous fabric snags and pulls were evident, and a food stain was found. When told to the seller, the seller responded that some of the imperfections were evident in the photos (but not all). When trying to work with the seller to return the items, eBay, through the buyer's guarantee, forced the seller to take back the item and provide a refund.
