Shipping and condition was excellent. Only issue I had was instead of the 767 the picture showed which I wanted to buy as a retirement gift, an A330 came instead. Supposedly the warehouse worker posted the wrong picture of the aircraft. Before purchasing, I would definitely verify with the seller that the picture of the model is actually what is being offered. Was a little disappointed that a partial refund wasn't offered, but overall a decent seller to do business with.
