Missing parts. Did not match the picture. Only the bridge saddles themselves arrived with an allen wrench for the set screws, but no set screws in the saddles, no mounting screws and springs either. Part of the reason I ordered these was because the original units on the guitar I was repairing were missing some of these parts, and an upgrade was cheaper than buying individual parts. I left a message with the seller, and they never responded, so I can't leave a positive review. Won't buy again.
