Unfortunately the bulbs that I received weren’t actually what I wanted, the options available in the drop down menus didn’t clearly show the wattage of the bulb, I had searched for 4W but when the bulbs arrived they were 5W. That being said customer service is excellent and they arranged for a return label to be sent and a refund was issued promptly upon receipt of the returned items. The order was despatched quickly, the items were well packed and good quality so no complaints. Thank you.
