Habe im Vorfeld jahrelang biologisch hergestelltes Pitayapulver gekauft.
Leider gibt es dies an keiner der deutschen vertrauenswürdigen Firmen nicht mehr. Mein Versuch im Ausland ( hier China) zu kaufen misslang.
Das Pulver ist eher hellrosa statt wie zuvor dunkellila, schmeckt süßlich statt sauer und schäumt im Smoothiemixer, was es vorher nie gemacht hatte.
Werde mich neu umsehen müssen.
