Seller contacted me after realizing my delivery address was in Hawaii to inform me that prior transactions were problematic to Hawaii. Thus, messaged to refund me as they would not deliver the item. Also, the same photo was used for two different listings. One marked "Used" and one marked "New" however, the photos were the same. Since the item is a watch, it's quite a "coincidence" to have two watches with the same lighting and the same hand position even if they are different condition.
