Asked for replacement. Was offered only partial refund.Aftre I stated all I wanted was a replacement because item did not work seller advised me that they were in there new year holiday. After I waited till it was over.I got in contact with seller I was informed they were trying to get replacement from there supplier and had no luck. So seller has informed that it is now to late for this to happen So was still offered partial refund when I think I should get it all back.
