    Been here since 2001, 1st neg review. Seller misrepresented VIP tour pass, it is not (see pic). Seller refused return or partial credit, wanted me to purchase something else at a discount. Claimed to not be a big collector of that artist as an excuse. The disclaimer on the pass not legible in the posted photos, but clear in person. Found identical items offered (but not selling) for $40 less and asked for refund of that amount and seller refused. Happy to show screens shots of convo, be careful.
