Sent subpar part, not the one shown in the photo. It is completely missing reinforcement where it is most likely to break, where the last one broke. I would not have ordered, not pulled the washer apart. Customer support is completely absent, a simple question ignored repeatedly. Doubt part was shipped immediately...more like a week later, then went on a world tour. That or the method and tracking is wack. And the lack of packaging?...some torn paper, cardboard roll, torn plastic wrap. No box.
