Was sent the wrong bookmark and when I messaged seller I was rudely asked to return it in order for the correct one to be sent out. I am housebound and explained I couldn’t get to a post office. I was rudely messaged and told a replacement would be sent. No replacement has been sent nearly a month on. The seller is rude and obviously does not care one iota for customers as I am among others in having to have left negative feedback. I would advise looking elsewhere than this seller.

The bookmark is exactly as described the buyer just didn’t read the description ( the rose had a different placement) but everything is stated in the description , buyer also wanted another sending out ( that I did ) even though she refused to send the first one back with me paying the return cost , Royal Mail also collect from homes, she threatened negative feedback if I didn’t send another to her , I have gone above and beyond for this person ,buyer has been reported.
