I do not like to give negative reviews, but Ebay seems to insist on feedback. Unfortunately, the seller did not see my purchase for some reason. After a month, and an attempt to contact the seller (with no response), I requested a refund from Ebay, which I thankfully received. Afterwards, the seller apologized (thank you!) for the mix up and said the item was relisted. The item price was the same but shipping had gone up be a factor of 6 so I punted.
