I ordered this book on 28th of May and have never received it. I have sent the seller two messages but received no reply. I have also reported it through Ebay and they have contacted the seller but again there has been no reply. I am very disappointed but having read some of the other negative reviews it is not surprising that the book has never arrived. I will be requesting a full refund.
