Arrived bent and dented. Packing was minimal and the box was typical Chinese minimal cardboard. The box was crushed on one side and pushed in on the other. The stainless was very thin (24/28 GA). This made straightening the damaged areas fairly easy. The cart will serve my purpose, but the packaging could have been better. The casters were way better than expected! Cart rolls quite easily on carpet with a light load.
