Supposed to receive the item within 3 days. After purchase the seller announces that is on holiday and will post 2 weeks later. I asked for a refund, seller wanted to deduct me for their ebay fees, I refused. Customer support granted me the refund but the seller ignored and sent the item contrary to ebays directives. At the end ebay stepped it and granted me refund.
Sellers has absolute disregard for the customer, very deceiving tactics.
Customer service at it’s poorest, avoid this one.

Total disgrace. I offered him 10% discount as courtesy for the delay due to being away (having informed him already). He prevented me from posting the item once back and then made me post followed by opening up a case for refund just when the post deadline was due to be expired. Very disappointed with eBay as it seems they have allowed thieves to with zero credit from robbing decent eBayers. I am now stand at loss for the item, postage, and the eBay fee. Chasing eBay now to have my item back.
