In the description & the instructions it was made to sound simple! connect to Your comp.Contacted seller who offered My a small refund! Refused & contacted eBay. After Multiple contacts & pitiful refunds, eBay eventually took over & sorted it out. Even the refund invoice was unreadable to a UK buyer( even though this item was supposed to be a UK Seller!) in Chinese. Very polite replies accompanied with unacceptable refund options
