First off these are quality plates and bowls from Denby the colour and feel of them show they are a quality product. Secondly this seller was one of the most helpful and efficient I have dealt with as one of the plates was damaged in transit they responded immediately and my replacement arrived a working day later.
The second package also survived being dropped over a six foot back gate by parcelforce as it was packaged so well.
