Re my everdries. They do large sizes ( I got 8xl which fits me at 22/24 UK, waterproof and don't feel sweaty, like some other non cotton ones, The water proof area goes right up the bum, so you can lay down and sleep. t my dribnles will run off, so pad needed. I will try and line mine with a t shirt material or something to soak up a bit of urine. To save the environment. Overall in my opinion. large area of non leak, but little absorbancy, so can't wear them on their own, but great with a pad.
