Excellent packaging. How ever they shell is broken and missing that piece which is then bottom step and the corner of the stepwell was broken and I had to glue it back on which now I have to sand and repaint it. Very miss leading in description and 1 photo.

Why would you not contact someone if you have a problem? I had 100% feedback in the last 5 years. I think deception is not part of my plain. But no worries, you will never buy from me again. Other people have issues, and we worked it out. I have to understand that it takes all kinds of people to make the world turn.
