The item arrived just a little bent, but not badly creased. The relevant postal services need to be more careful with items entrusted to them. The package was clearly marked "Do not bend"- in English, (not Gaelic or Polish), there is no excuse for shoddy handling. The instructions are all in Polish, Google Translate will make them usable.
