The problem Sonali is you advertised a SOLID 14K WHITE GOLD" tennis braclet. What you sent is NOT 14k solid white gold. You cant do a bait and switch then just offer a refund if you get caught. That doesnt work for me. False advertising in the United States is concidered a crime and enforced by the Federal Trade Commision. I've seen a simular complaint against you already. I fail to understand Ebays policy regarding false and misleading advertising.
