Went to check on tracking when I saw the order was cancelled. I had to reach out to the seller myself to find out what happened. After some back & forth they finally say the “item was damaged” (shouldn’t you know the condition of the items you’re selling before listing?) It’s also strange considering the photos in the listing show no damage. Bottom line the seller should’ve reached out first, & now I have a “cancelled order” mark on my account affecting my ability to make offers & bids.
