The item came packed very well. However, the description didn't disclose it came from the home of a smoker. Once I opened the box an extremely heavy & disgusting cigarette smell came flooding out. It was on the box, the packing material and on the item purchased. I communicated my issue to the seller and they pointed out they didn't say "it didn't come from a smokers house". I told them it should have indicated "it came from home of heavy smoker. I hope I can get the smell out. No returns
