This person is a bully calling me a not smart enough to program a transmitter, I followed all the simple procedures, I contacted the owner I guess he’s a complete lunatic bully he’s item is defective and in top I have to pay to shipping back , I hope no1 buy from this person, very disappointed and disrespectful

No bullying took place. He started the dialogue by telling me that I was crazy. But the conversation went downhill after that. Apparently, his vagina hurts. And the transmitter was NOT defective. He returned it and it has been tested and is just fine. He is literally not intelligent enough to complete the programming process. He also did not ask for help, and when offered, refused it. If the item was bad, of course we would have paid for return shipping.

Contacted seller to assure item was compatible with my truck and was told it was and was told to go ahead and place the order. Placed order only to be told after I contacted them for details on shipment that they didn't have item instock...and then told that It would be shipped out on the following tuesday and I would receive it by Friday. Here it is a week later and still haven't received order even after the shipper showed that it would be delivered on Saturday may 11 2024...now shows 5/13/24!
