The issues cited here were disclosed in the description. The rear legs on this toy are a known manufacturer defect. YouTube “Kenner Millennium Falcon repair landing gear”. To date, we’ve received no email from this buyer, while we are saddened by their feedback we are not sure what more we could have done. Plus, no mention of the exceptional packing.
