This arrived without the top armrest, not completely surprising since it was advertised as not a factory new item. When informed of the missing piece Donner shipped me a replacement immediately with no issues. I can't say enough good things about their customer service.
Once I adjusted the truss rod the action was just about perfect. The nut slots didn't even have to be filed, and I *always* have to file nut slots. Plays and sounds just fine and will make a great travel guitar.
