The camera works as described and possibly our location but sometimes hard to get it to link up to phone

I love everything about the camera, the only problem I am having is to get the remote to work with the camera. The battery in the remote was dead and I replaced it but it still didn’t work and there was no charger and body attachment for the camera so that I can attach it to my shirt pocket or jacket pocket.
