False and Malicious Feedback. This is a blatant Lie! The buyer claimed they did not receive the item, however Royal Royal Mail confirmed delivery. Buyer then insisted that it was not delivered.I sent Several screenshots of the actual proof of postage and confirmation on Royal mail website but buyer still insisted otherwise. Then claimed the screenshots were blurry again another lie. nonetheless i sent them again and advised to check with Royal Mail. How is that not helpful?
