I am pleased overall with the quality of the shoes, but kind of baffled that you decided to cut the tightener and plastic clasp off of both shoes, leaving the shoelaces too short to tie. Like. Why did you do that. That was one of the reasons I sought out these shoes. I'd say your description of the shoes as "used" is inaccurate, as I think I'm the first person to ever put them on, but "damaged" would be more accurate. That said, I'm glad I got ahold of these shoes and can make do with new laces.
