Pure fraud on neon sign. He knew there was a good possible that the sign was damaged when shipped,but waited to tell me after shipping. It is damaged the glass is cracked from side to side. I have no intention of trying to repair a new sign. Also I will no longer wait for a response. Will call credit card company and refuse pmt. Also going to report to consumer affairs dept. state of Virginia on misreputation and possible fraud charged

Truly handmade glass tube neon lights, when sent, we informed you that they may have been violently delivered by the courier during transportation, causing them to break. You did not agree to resend the brand new neon lights. Our processing method is to immediately give you a full refund, but you still left us a negative review.
