While there was a mix up in the initial shipment, the seller made it good eventually and compensated me for the shipping delay and treated us fairly in the return and proper exchange process. The product was good except that the wheels (upgraded knuckles) are not original & don't fit right nor sit properly on the track. I want the TP&W hopper body so I'll keep it and have to replace the wheels myself. Shipping cost and packing were extraordinary, and his effort to address the mix up was kind.

The JNJ Atlas cars originally came with rapido style couplers. I changed them out for knuckle style couplers. I test ran the car and did not see or find any issues. Sorry you feel as though the car is not OK.
