I’m really struggling to understand this feedback. I’ve checked the listed and I can see that the tyre was listed as not fit for purpose with a close up photo of the cuts in the tread so of course it would have required changing. Not sure what there is to argue when the splits were shown with a close up photo and the listing stated the tyre is not fit for purpose. The item was as described

Even that I knew that I was buying used wheels and the description mentioned curbing in the wheels, it was necessary to repair all of them because they were deformed, which was not part of the publication, i don't know if this was something that was produced before or during the shipping, which is possible, due to the poor packing prepared by seller (plastic bag with some cardboard, even 2 of the 4 had a chocolate cardboard box put to "protect" the front part of the wheels).

Hi there I am very disappointed you have left this feedback. You purchased these wheels from Chillie via eBay’s global shipping programme. I sent them to eBay’s sorting centre where eBay then re packaged them and prepared them for export. The wheels were not prepared for export by me , they were prepared by eBay in eBay’s sorting centre. On delivery you stated you wanted to keep them but asked for money back as you didn’t realise the cost of refurb stating they were more curbed than expected.
