BEWARE! They shipped me a bottle where the tamper proof seals were missing and half of the product removed. The paint had become very clumpy due to loss of thinners and consequently unusable (see pic). They issued a refund of course but they then attempted to cast blame toward me, what? This was very dishonest on their part. I've contacted Zybar in regards as they claim to be a distributor for them. Buyer beware, period!

When we receive a product complaint such as this we like to try figure out how it happened so we can keep it from occurring again. If you believe we were trying to accuse you of something, that was certainly not our intent. As you stated, we refunded your purchase and would have been happy to accommodate a replacement had you wanted. We're sorry again this happened but glad you could get that off your chest :)
