I simply bought for the name on the item for my shop, had I read in more detail, I probably would not have bought. A fender protector should be thicker to absorb some incidental banging around. I feel this is no different than draping a sheet across the fender. It will hang from the rafters for now.

it is exactly as the pictures and description. provides plenty of protection. if you need something thougher you are just not careful enough
