I ordered this on April 17th to be a birthday present for my husband, 4/25. It was supposed to arrive on 4/22. But the package bounced around through the postal service for three weeks. I did contact the seller a couple of times. The item finally arrived today 5/9. Even though the package bounced around it arrived intact. The seller made sure the package was packed well & marked fragile. My experience was okay with this seller but would strongly advise him to utilize other means of delivery

The order was placed April 17th, We shipped the order via USPS on April 18th. We normally do not experience many delays with USPS but this one was to the extremes.
