I was not sent the 2 part package. Just the one package. My problem was responded to quicky. They treated me as a ly hardware. It took over a week for them to correct this issue. Sent pictures of the warehouse they use. It wasn't until i said i was returning that they behaved appropriately. Automatically assumed i was conning about mounting hardware. The product is as described now that i have the complete order. Shipping was quick. Both times. Also i was sent metric and SAE bolts to assemble.

Nice grips. no rubber to melt or rub off! But hard on hands, must wear gloves. Problems; the clutch side grip broke, cracking Down set screw. wrap the bar with electrical tape to make it just a little snug before hand, so i didn't need to crank down on the set screws. I like these a lot more now, I got a second pair but have not used them, the broken one works fine. Also Throttle was sticking to black powder coated handlebars for a while at first, but it rolls smooth now.
