    Do not expect her to respond if you see an issue with your item. This purse arrived smelly, with more damage then shown in the picture and warped from being shoved into a too small package without wrapping. I initially contacted the seller to offer to send it back for a partial refund. She never responded so I went through eBay. I had to keep messaging and messaging her without response. Had to wait a full 7 days to get any kind of response. Do not buy if you are not prepared to do the same.
