Ist dies nicht der Fall, ist Desguaces García y Arrausi nicht für die Geltendmachung von Reklamationen bezüglich des Transports verantwortlich und akzeptiert daher keine Rückgabe des Artikels.

RÜCKGABEN: Desguaces Garcia y Arrausi bietet eine 30-tägige Rückgabefrist gemäß den Rückgabebedingungen von EBAY ab dem Datum des Erhalts des Produkts. Dies gilt nicht für UCE-Motorsteuergeräte, da es sich um einen empfindlichen Austausch handelt, eine Neukonfiguration erforderlich ist und ein falscher Austausch dazu führen kann, dass sie dauerhaft unbrauchbar werden. Die Rücksendekosten trägt der Kunde, der für eventuelle Transportschäden aufkommt. Das Produkt darf nicht am Fahrzeug montiert oder manipuliert worden sein. Wenn festgestellt wird, dass das Produkt manipuliert wurde, wird die Rücksendung nicht akzeptiert. Der Käufer muss eine Kopie der Rechnung oder des Kauflieferscheins beifügen und den Grund für die Rücksendung über sein Käuferpanel bei eBay und die eBay-Nachrichtendienste angeben. Die Zahlung erfolgt innerhalb einer Frist von maximal 10 Tagen nach Erhalt des Produkts, da ein Inspektions- und Verifizierungsprozess erfolgen muss.

Aufgrund der Einzigartigkeit der Teile und Ersatzteile muss die Montage durch Fachwerkstätten erfolgen und per Rechnung akkreditiert werden. Um die Garantie aufrechtzuerhalten, ist es bei Motoren zwingend erforderlich, sie von einer autorisierten Werkstatt einzubauen, die Verteilung (Riemenmotoren) auszutauschen, die Kette zu überprüfen und die Schlittschuhe (Kettenmotoren) auszutauschen sowie die Wasserpumpe und den Thermostat auszutauschen. Bei Getrieben ist zur Aufrechterhaltung der Garantie der Einbau durch eine Vertragswerkstatt zwingend erforderlich; sie müssen mit dem vom Hersteller empfohlenen Öl und der erforderlichen Menge befüllt sein. Der Kunde verpflichtet sich, Desguaces Garcia y Arrausi schnellstmöglich über eventuelle Ausfälle oder Fehler des Ersatzteils zu informieren. Die von Desguaces Garcia y Arrausi verkauften Artikel sind ordnungsgemäß mit eigenen Stempeln, Marken, Siegeln und Aufzeichnungen gekennzeichnet, um eine korrekte Rückverfolgbarkeit des Produkts zu gewährleisten. Das unbefugte Brechen dieser Siegel führt zum Erlöschen der Garantie. Von dieser Garantie ausgeschlossen sind Teile, die ohne Zustimmung von Desguaces Garcia y Arrausi manipuliert wurden, Ersatzteile, die einer nicht empfohlenen oder nicht bestimmungsgemäßen Verwendung ausgesetzt waren, Teile, die bei der Montage oder unsachgemäßer Handhabung beschädigt wurden. Die Garantie deckt in keinem Fall den Aufwand für die Montage und/oder Demontage der Teile ab. Um die Garantie zu aktivieren, muss der Käufer dies über sein eBay-Käuferpanel und die eBay-Nachrichtendienste tun und den Grund für den Vorfall angeben. Im Garantiefall übernimmt Desguaces Garcia y Arrausi die Kosten für die Rücksendung. Desguaces Garcia y Arrausi behält sich das Recht vor, zwischen Ersatz, Reparatur oder Zahlung des Teils im Rahmen der Garantie zu wählen.
