Item was missing an essential drip tray. Advertisement stated- New. Disappointed!

Item was new, I missed the missing drip tray. Have since paid for a new replacement part to be shipped to the customer. Had they reached out to me before leaving a negative I would of done a lot more then just correcting the mistake. Please be considerate to your sellers, they are only human and they make mistakes too, we are not Walmart or Target . Give them a chance before leaving a negative.
